I started in healthcare operations. Working in a hospital taught me to consider both patients' experiences and what staff need to provide good care.
I have applied those perspectives to my design endeavours, working with cross-functional, multicultural teams at Grab and Apple.
Teaching and coaching are part of my practice too. I teach AI at the Singapore Institute of Technology, and also coached product designers and product managers.

When building gets easier, what should we build?
AI makes it easier to turn an idea into something we can try. Choosing who it serves, what it should change, and whether to build it still takes thought.
